Sometimes we all feel stuck in a cycle of old, familiar patterns. We want something to change, but we simply don’t know where to start in order to move forward. And for some of us, traditional talk therapy has not been effective.

I believe that everyone is creative and that our bodies already hold everything that’s necessary to heal. I am here to guide you on your artistic journey towards gaining more insight into your thoughts, feelings, parts, and patterns. No art experience or elaborate supplies are necessary.

Let’s work together to find the source of the issue that’s stopping you from living fully in the present moment.

Through verbal, somatic, and art-making invitations, I help my clients resolve the consequences of past trauma in order to reconnect with their minds, bodies, and Souls.

Therapy can be an incredibly powerful tool for healing and growth. However, many people struggle with expressing their emotions, feel like they’re not making progress, or feel stuck in the healing process, especially when dealing with complex issues — and this can be frustrating!

Art therapy provides a unique way to explore and express emotions and experiences that may be difficult to put into words. By using creative methods such as painting, drawing, and sculpting (just to name a few!) along with a person-centered approach, individuals can tap into their inner thoughts and feelings in a non-verbal, safe, supportive environment. This can be especially helpful for those who have difficulty expressing themselves verbally.

I am dedicated to creating safe, non-judgmental spaces where individuals can lean into their own experiences and creative process, empowering them to take an active role in their own healing journey.
